Our brand's founder, Tuğba Koç, holds a BA in Sociology from Istanbul University and a MA in Political Science and International Relations from Yeni Yüzyıl University. Throughout her academic career, she has gained a strong theoretical knowledge through in-depth studies of social structure, public policies, and social issues.

Combining her field experience in family counseling with her expertise in women's, children's, and family policies, Koç has developed a sustainable enterprise model that prioritizes social good. By blending her academic background in social sciences with her entrepreneurial spirit, project development skills, and brand management experience, she carries out impactful work on both individual and corporate scales.

In line with this vision, it launched the Artuba Event & Organization brand, which offers creative solutions and professional approaches, and then founded the Trenttubi Cosmetics brand, which aims to offer innovative and reliable solutions in the field of dermocosmetics.

Tuğba Koç also founded LİKADER – Leading Women and Employment Association – to increase women's participation in the workforce, support their entrepreneurship, and increase their social visibility. The association provides training programs, seminars, mentoring programs, and social projects to support women's personal and professional development.
